We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with everything! The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly valued as guests. Very friendly and polite staff, special thanks to Lyudmila from reception for her guidance and help. Room was clean and good, the view from room was beautiful. Should specially mention the breakfast- a lot of variety of food, very tasty. The room keychain was surprisingly heavy, so left it each time at the reception, but it was Okay. The location was great - few minutes walk from subway station Gerusalemme. The area was safe. Definitely worth the money paid.

Such a cute single room, with an unexpected balcony! I was just looking for a place to crash for the night- but I’d stay here again and for a longer time if I come back! Additionally, it was so helpful for me that the employees speak English. They called a taxi for me to come in the morning and told me some places to see- all around a great stay!

The personnel of the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were absolutely clean. Stable WiFi connection. Good breakfast. Nice location - 5 mins walking to the nearest subway (metro) station, 7-8 mins walking to the nearest tram. There is also a good local restaurant (pizzeria) Mela Rossa, which is about 100 m away from the hotel.

The location is great, very close to multiple public transport options as well as walking distance from the Arco Della Pace and Castello Sforzesco, only a couple of metro stops away from the heart of the city . Good value for money as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
