The personnel of the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were absolutely clean. Stable WiFi connection. Good breakfast. Nice location - 5 mins walking to the nearest subway (metro) station, 7-8 mins walking to the nearest tram. There is also a good local restaurant (pizzeria) Mela Rossa, which is about 100 m away from the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with everything! The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What made our experience truly memorable, though, was the fantastic staff. A special shout-out goes to Ludmila at the reception. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly valued as guests. Ludmila’s exceptional service and friendly attitude are rare and deserve special recognition. We kindly ask the management to consider giving Ludmila a bonus for her outstanding dedication. She is a true gem and an asset to your hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

They have everything! Nice big room and bed, even balcony and toothbrush set with cover then breakfast salty and sweet both! we can walk to take metro 5 less 5 minutes

The location is great, very close to multiple public transport options as well as walking distance from the Arco Della Pace and Castello Sforzesco, only a couple of metro stops away from the heart of the city . Good value for money as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to city center, nice accommodation with 3 separate beds. Room with breakfast was smaller, however, it was delicious and there was a lot of food. Personal was nice

Close to public transportation. Parking available for $16 per night, just make sure is the right parking lot (don’t park at the supermarket!) Many restaurants and excellent Gelateria very close by. 10 minute walk to laundry mat (in Chinatown)

Very friendly and polite staff, special thanks to Lyudmila from reception for her guidance and help. Room was clean and good, the view from room was beautiful. Should specially mention the breakfast- a lot of variety of food, very tasty. The room keychain was surprisingly heavy, so left it each time at the reception, but it was Okay. The location was great - few minutes walk from subway station Gerusalemme. The area was safe. Definitely worth the money paid.

Our room was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was good. The employees (especially William) went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and they explained carefully how to get there as well as how to sightsee ahead of time.

Such a cute single room, with an unexpected balcony! I was just looking for a place to crash for the night- but I’d stay here again and for a longer time if I come back! Additionally, it was so helpful for me that the employees speak English. They called a taxi for me to come in the morning and told me some places to see- all around a great stay!
